I am finally ready to dive deeper into my business and that began on Squarespace. I added Litcommerce' service for integrating my pre-existing inventory. I ran into a snag (totally my fault), but it derailed my progress. I have had the pleasure of working with Norah half of the day, and into the late hours of the night correcting this error. I received an almost instant reply to my query. Although the answer took a bit longer due to the issue's complexity, it was resolved in under 20 minutes. There was another technical matter that needed to go to their technical department, which surprisingly has a maximum resolution time of 24 hours. Great service!
