Got two quotes from other companies for $9,000–$14,000. Was told the unit was too old to repair. Eco Pros came out, told me the unit was old and that I should start saving, as one day I will need to replace it, but today wasn't that day. They replaced the wire in the condenser that had been eaten through by mice for under $150. Five stars for service, five stars for professionalism, and five stars for honesty. They will have my business for replacement when that day comes.
Eco Pros did a great job again! This is the second time we've used them for dryer vent cleaning, and Michael was amazing. He was professional, thorough, and made sure everything was in top shape. We’re very happy with the service and will definitely use them again.
