Hi my name is suzanna i went over on the 24th jan 2026 to have teeth taken out all on 6 on top and bottom done temp teeth put in that are nice cant wait to get my finels in may have to say from my chats on whats app to my pickup form airport to they hotel eveything was great got to hotel late on they 24th my niece anna came with me that was day off her birthday they lady on desk give us or key i asked if i could have some milk to make cup tea she said she bring it to our room as we were getting on pjs she came to our room with milk but what i found to sweet off they staff was they brought anna a birthday cake sang happy birthday too her the staff couldnt have done anymore for use they realy made our stay so welcomeing every morring and evening always made way to speak to us even one night wifi in room went off as i was on phone to my kids so went down stairs and said to they lady she tryed everything to get back on but couldnt but said here ill put on my hotspot so you can ring kids for as long as you like this just ment everything to me hotel is lovely they bed i realy just love to take it home with me best sleep ever anyways back to clinc on morring off they 26th as my driver came to pickup lovely man to deal with i thought omg this is getting so real thinking no i cant do this but as i got to clinc meet they guy i was speaking with on whatsap realy lovely guy i most say done everything he could for me and they lady that done my teeth her and her staff went over and beund for me onece i meet them i was relaxed so happy to go a head to get teeth done now i cant wait tell may to go back over to get my finel teeth i haven stop talking about the clinc staff and i will 💯💯💯 be back to tell you all how everything gose in may my niece has video from start one i get to end ill get all put together and posting it all on her accounts she has millions of followers ill tag her pages on next update all so her youtube 😃😃😃

I had a great experience at this dental practice. The dentist was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, which immediately put me at ease. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt genuinely listened to rather than rushed. The standard of care was excellent, and the whole visit was handled with care and confidence. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist who is both skilled and approachable.
First of all I'd like to thank everyone at ecren colak. I am extremely anxious when it comes to dentist and have avoided them till I had no other option but to have teeth removed in the past. This has effected my confidence massively. I am not the best patient to deal with but everyone went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I had all on 6 dental implants top and bottom and honestly my experience was made to be very comfortable with lots of support before and after treatment. I can't believe I can smile without embarrassment. My temporary teeth feel comfortable and look really good although not the finished product.Special thank you to Sam for everything you have done for me and my family. My nan had the same treatment at 76 years old and her finished teeth are amazing. The whole trip went amazingly prompt taxi pick ups to and from hotel. Hotel very clean and lovely breakfast selection. Can't fault a thing. See you soon ☺️
Recently I went to Izmir for my dental treatment at Ecren Colak Dent Clinic. And all I can say it was an amazing experience . I am very happy with the result, and I can recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing service , quality of treatment and best materials they are offering from implants to crowns.Spotless environment , staff very polite and helpful (BURAK) from the Whats App Conversation to the end. I am very thankful , thank you BurakHotel with breakfast excellent choice and other services . Once again I am extremely HAPPY with the result and my smile is now all around my head, only joking, it goes up to my ears😁. Thank you .❤️

Be aware of this clinic! I have finished a treatment of 25 zirconia crowns and September 2025 and I'm more than disappointed! I regret it so much! I do regret dearly to have came to this clinic! Very bad quality of the zirconia CROWNS that already has started to break and they are loose, terribly shaped, very uncomfortable and painful every day eating, drinking and Very bad service overall After few complaints they have blocked my contact.Seeking legal advice right now. A dream of 20 years has became my worst nightmare!
I have done a big research before making my decision where to start my treatment in Turkey, I looked at what implants are they using, what type of crowns and how many included in their prices, and I could see most of the clinics using cheaper brands,less crowns included in the final price,but Ecren Colak Dental clinic was using the brand of implants I had inserted by a different clinic, where the final work price got doubled before it was due,and they were offering 24 crowns, not 20, as most of the clinics.Than I got in contact with Sam, asked for a quote after sending my X ray to him ,I mentioned the implant brand I have inserted. He got back to me with a quote, I asked for worst-case scenario price, he gave me the quote,reassured me there is not going to be extra charge, airport transfer, hotel with breakfast and transfer from hotel to clinic and back included in the price. As I was scared to go by myself asked if I can have a friend with me ,he said yes, with £100 extra charge for the hotel and breakfast, this I think it still was a good price so agreed and booked the flights.Everything went smooth, from the airport all the way through the whole week. Everyone treated us so welcoming, reassuring, even though not everyone was speaking English, they tried their best, they all had a smile on their face all the time. Everyone worked with high standards, even when I felt happy with the work,I could see the dentist and laboratory worker not pleased, they were making adjustments constantly,as I have a jaw closing problem from previous accident 20years ago. I was happy from the first trial but they were not, they went above and beyond to make it perfect. I do appreciate their effort indeed, everyone was so involved and invested to make the best outcome.I am very pleased with all the experience I had with this clinic, the whole team, I can highly recommend to everyone. Sam was very helpful, not just helping explaining the treatment steps, he give us advice where to go in our clinic free time, what to avoid , what to eat to try traditional turkish meals, we could ask anything, anytime of the day, nearly 24 hours available support .To be honest we were very scared to go to Turkey, but it was a very nice experience, we felt more safe to walk on Izmir streets than in UK.Lovely, kind people everywhere,shops, restaurants, bazar.Ecren Colak Dental Clinic team thank you all for this lovely experience, and my new smile.
