I expressed my concern that 1 of 2 metal prints I ordered and received was too light in color. Tara Smith of Nations Photo Lab offered to reprint it and put it at the top of orders since it was a reprint. Excellent customer service! I'm excited to receive the replacement!

I received a response from Nations Photo Lab rep, Alison, who expressed sincere concerns regarding my disappointment with the re-do print, and then indicated specific measures that would be taken to resolve the issue and provide me with a second re-do print. I was very satisfied with this communication that I had with Alison, and I look forward to continuing to use Nations Photo Lab for my printing needs.
