Review Time
I’m being harsh on this product from my experience using it for the first time. I am a landscaper and I’ve used metal edging. This product is very well made, too well made. It has no flexibility, no give, it’s very rigid and doesn’t act happy when you need it to be more flexible. I ruined one piece trying to bend it to conform to a circular tree ring. In fact, I was using a kit meant for a tree ring. The on-line videos offer no guidance on tree rings. The phone AI assistant, while one of the better I’ve run into, gave wrong answers at times and admitted it when I called it out. But, it offers no clarity when encountering obstacles. The seam used to nest one piece to another has some tolerance issues. I tried reaching a live human and could only leave a message. It was 11:00 AM or so on a Friday, guess everyone had left for the weekend. What should have taken me an hour for the first time, took me 2.5 hours. I do not recommend this for the average home owner. They will stumble and be very discouraged if they have not been exposed to metal edging. I recommend going to a retailer that sells edging to contractors. It’s long, comes in a few colors (green, brown, black). It works!
I’ve signed up three times for your 5 % discount program , which shouod be more like 10%+for guys like m3 who will wind up with 4 figure purchases , and I seem to never get the code to apply by text or in my mail box .
