Being able to get access to learning materials before the live sessions helped me a lot. It equipped me with a lot of information and helped me to ask for clarity during live sessions if I have encountered any problem while reading through.
Real scenarios shared and how they were mediated during the mediation course and test assessments have contributed to my experience in great manner.This company is doing well in expanding the needed knowledge to people as many as possible across the world.
The course is very helpful in understanding various aspects about Mediation - process, behavioral aspects, expectation from a mediation professional and required skills. One area that I felt EMA could include as part of the course is if it could have a 1-2 days of in person session which would enable participants to practice in an environment closer to real life. There were sevarel practice sessions but these were largely online and were a bit distant from real life mediation.
