Your videos are the best. I send all my lack luster new swimmers your way the videos are well done with the upper and lower x or ck . Now the goggles are another thing, they lasted about 4 months then the usual. I swim and coach 3 times the goggles just did CB not have the clarity over time that I think the purchase price deemed. I’m back with Speedo googles about 15-18 bucks less and last about as long. I’ve swum since eleven years of age and am 73 years old .
Both the Membership and YouTube videos have significantly helped my swimming “career” and my pace times have improved even at 53 year old! Love the feedback sessions offered, the examples of other swimmers and tips to glean from for stroke improvement, and easy explanations offered to incorporate into swim sessions. Highly recommend!
Over the years I’ve watched and studied Brenton’s you tube instructional videos . I never learned to swim until I was 30 ish. Now I swim 3 days a week with a masters group. Brenton’s instructions and tips are what I’ve relied upon and used during my swim workouts. Thank you Brenton , I am very grateful !
