I'm visiting the clinic in Sydney for acupuncture, 4 times already and I'm really satisfied with their work, my results are very good, recovery after injury pretty fast. Supervisor Simon is great and I trust their students my health.

Near impossible to finish this degree. The sheer amount of content involved in some subjects makes this degree nearly impossible to complete in the suggested 4 years to begin with, but on top of that the recent course restructuring seems to be setting people up to fail and is particularly discriminatory of those with very young children. The recent changes to the biology department mean that unless particular subjects are completed by their final offering this year students lose credit for 4 of their already completed + already paid for subjects adding an additional year of study and $5000 in fees to a degree started under the old structure. To be told by student services that bringing a newborn on campus isn’t allowed and that no make up/ at home sessions are available and that my only option is to leave what will be a one week old baby at home and be on campus for a single 7 hour practical or lose an entire years worth of my hard work and is absolutely appalling and it’s no wonder most of my cohort have left and gone to another university.
Endeavour College of Natural Health had been on my radar since I arrived in Australia 15 years ago. It was a dream of mine to study there once I became a citizen, and after finally receiving my citizenship a few years ago, I made space in my life to enrol late last year. I was thrilled to begin my Bachelor of Health Science in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture – truly a dream come true.During the enrolment and enquiry process, I was met with warmth and attentiveness. As a single mother of two young children, I sought guidance for the most manageable way to study part-time. I was recommended to begin with “Foundations of Chinese Medicine” and “Introduction to Biology” – a combination that, in hindsight, should come with a serious warning for part-time students.Unfortunately, my experience since beginning the course has been overwhelmingly negative. “Introduction to Biology” is incredibly content-heavy – it’s essentially two subjects in one. Each week, the class is split into Part A and B, with over two (sometimes three) hours of recorded lectures and dense reading material. I spend over 18 hours a week on this subject alone and still feel like I’m falling behind. The volume of information is unrealistic for part-time students, especially those balancing work, parenting, and other responsibilities. On top of this, the final exam is closed-book, requires a video recording of yourself taking the test, and has a browser lock – adding stress to an already overloaded subject. My challenges didn’t end there. When my 10-month-old daughter was hospitalized with influenza, I had to miss essential class time. Despite providing a medical certificate and applying for an extension on quizzes and study time, my request was rejected simply because I didn’t select the “correct” drop-down option in the online form. While still in the hospital, I attempted to get support, only to be told repeatedly to submit a ticket. The rigid, impersonal nature of the system shows little compassion for real-life situations – especially for parents or those facing unexpected emergencies. My calls for support were met with automated responses and no real human interaction. It's clear they are eager to enrol students and collect tuition, but the actual student support and care – especially in moments of crisis – are sorely lacking.I deeply regret choosing Endeavour. I would not recommend this institution to anyone, especially single parents or part-time students. If you do decide to study here, I strongly advise taking “Introduction to Biology” as a standalone subject – and be prepared to advocate hard for yourself, because the system won’t do it for you.
I have been a part-time student doing a BHSc (Naturopathy) degree at Endeavour since 2020. I really enjoyed studying at the college for the Year 1 and 2 of the degree. The course materials were stimulating, enjoyable, and I got along with most lecturers very well. They were very responsive. However, as I entered Year 3, things have begun to change. Last semester, one lecturer suspected we were using AI to do our assignments, and they refused to release our assignment mark. Me and some other students emailed the lecturer in charge many times, but she never replied to our emails. None of us used AI. The other issue is their attendance marking for pre-clinical subjects. I have had to remind some lecturers to mark the attendance of the live sessions because you need 100% attendance to pass. In this semester, one lecturer even did not turn up for class on time, and 90 of us had to wait for her, not knowing what to do. I feel something is amiss. I have provided the college with feedback. Look, the course is very expensive, and you should only do it if you are really passionate about it, and you can put up with some lecturers they have that are not up to the mark. Also, the course is female dominated, and some female students DO NOT want to work with men. All and all, 2 years ago, I would rate it 8/10. Now, I will rate it as 6/10 by the end of 4th year. It is always the people you work with that are challenging to you. One other review said that you will be 'grateful' you finish this course. I will say you will be 'gravy' for the rest of your life.
For a while I have been battling grief depression and it's effects on my body. At a friend's recommendation I booked in at the Adelaide clinic. After just 2 treatments with their conscientious student Agnes and her very competent and friendly supervisors I have noted a real change in my mood and some improvement in other symptoms. This school seems to be unbelievably great value and very professionally run. Give it a try see if it works for you. What do you have to lose?
I had the most wonderful experiencing studying at Endeavour and could not recommend them highly enough. I felt welcome and seen from the first day I stepped into the college, and am so grateful I studied my degree there. The lecturers are world class, and each have been in the industry for many years imparting not just the information that is there on the lecture slide, but also invaluable knowledge they have from theirs years of experience. My favourite part of all was the Student Clinic. Getting to spend the whole final year of the degree seeing real clients in such a supportive learning environment is truly special. If I could go back and do it all again, I would in a heartbeat.
Studying at Endeavour part time since 2021, and moved to full time - I am absolutely loving the flexibility and content. I am very passionate about holistic health and I know this is the right place for me when I am studying and saying 'yes! so good!' when I learn the content! It aligns with my natural health perspective and grows my knowledge.I think pre covid the classes looked differently and now more classes are online? This has been a blessing for me to study classes online as a mum who homeschooled my daughter till this year (2023).As with anything, life is what you make of it, so as an online student I have taken every opportunity to attend my campus for the library, workshops, events, and for appointments in the student clinic! I recommend! And now have encouraged two friends to study with me!
Extremely disappointing, overpriced, poor education, and cares more about money than their students. I began studying with endeavour college in 2021, I completed a Diploma in Health Science and half a bachelor’s degree of Health Science (Naturopathy). Endeavour is significantly overpriced, and poorly run which led to a lack of care and support for students. It seemed the college cared much more about making money than providing students with the support and resources we needed. On top of this the education itself was also appalling. After I’d had enough of this I withdrew from my course and didn’t receive any follow up as to why I withdrew which made it clear they simply just don’t care. Throughout my studies they did not allow me to have access to my academic transcript so when I contacted them to receive it, I had to pay an administration fee, and postage fee even though they had never sent me my own results in the first place. I also had to contact them about getting access to the subject outlines from the subjects I had completed since I no longer had access to the LMS. I was then again forced to pay more fees for a simply email with these documents which took them over 2 weeks to send me. You’d think after paying almost $30,000 for 1.5 years of education they could provide a better service and no additional fees.
