Regret not checking reviews first

I wish I had checked reviews before using this service, which I found on a social media platform. I always check reviews! It's definitely a scam; I ordered a vanity table 31 days ago, and they claim it was delivered, which is false. The tracking service they use is also fake. My email has disappeared, but I have screenshots of my order. I'm hoping my bank can help resolve this. Do not use this site, and I plan to report it as well.

Hi they told me my item would be delivered 4 weeks ago, and im tracking it from china, and was in my home area, so I emailed them and Katie Bell said they have done a investigation that it will take 3 working days, which will be Christmas eve, so i've been robbed. Where's Ombudsman when you need them to investigate a dodgy company.

I bought a monitor and this took 1 month to arrive, also I have been following this parcel since then, when it came to UK after a while show delivered no any information about where, which delivery courier, no photo evidence nothing at all this create a problem and embarrassing, from this experience please do not do business with them bunch of scammers behind the line

I ordered a display cabinet

I ordered a display cabinet. Message said once the order was confirmed I would receive an email. I don't know why but I felt suspicious and contacted my bank. I told them how I felt but would wait until the payment cleared. It cleared and I heard nothing from the company. A few day later I contacted my bank who repaid my money. Its clearly a scam.

SCAM! Please keep away!!

Please don’t fall for this website I seen it advertised on TikTok I ordered a coffee machine the tracking website they use is fake as well they only have an email address which they don’t reply to, thankfully the bank refunded me straight away this morning soon as I reported it, I knew for the actual price of the coffee machine compared to the price they offered was to good to be true, please keep away!!
