No services were rendered! During the onboarding phase, when I could still cancel, I requested only the review capture services. They assured me of a reduced monthly fee, but that was not reflected in any invoices, which continued to be for their full package, none of which was delivered. Their representatives agreed to a price reduction that was never applied, and they kept sending invoices without providing any services. On November 6th, I received an email claiming a reduction from €99 to €60, but this was not applied to any previous or future invoices. Next thing I know, they handed my name over to a debt collection agency. Stay away!
This company claims to enhance its clients' reputations, yet it has a terrible reputation for managing its own customer relationships. Our experience has been very disappointing, prompting us to voice our frustrations publicly. We faced numerous issues that have greatly diminished our trust in their services. The automatic renewal of the service without prior notice felt misleading and lacked transparency. We found ourselves renewed without any warning, which was incredibly frustrating. Our attempts to reach out to the support team went largely unanswered. After November, communication from their representatives ceased entirely, which is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for customers. To worsen matters, we were informed of a price increase from €89.00 to €93.45 per month starting in February 2024, again without prior notice. This change violated legal terms and added to our dissatisfaction. Furthermore, they involved a debt collection agency over unpaid invoices, despite our unresolved complaints. This aggressive behavior only tarnishes their already poor reputation. Given these experiences, we are very dissatisfied with the service and customer management provided. We are exploring all options to safeguard our interests.
From the moment the receptionist requested my vehicle for repair, the experience was very pleasant. Everything went smoothly, and the job was completed efficiently and on time. A job well done! I would highly recommend this repair shop and its competent receptionist.
I received an unsolicited sales call. When I specifically asked if it was a sales call, the agent falsely claimed it wasn't. If you want to build customer trust, please don't lie during your first contact with them. It's essential to train your sales staff to respond honestly.
