I wish I had seen the reviews about the service earlier. I placed an order and made a payment on November 29, 2025. As of December 3, I have yet to receive any updates regarding my order. I've sent multiple requests for a refund, but have not heard back. This feels like a scam, and I've wasted both time and money. There's no way to attach a payment confirmation here. Please check your email; I've sent the payment report from your email address. I've lost time and money.

I ordered on 8/11/25 and received an email confirming the order, but no confirmation of shipping has been sent. I've emailed with no response. I won't be ordering from this company again and would like a refund. *EDIT* Regarding your reply, I provided payment details, which is why I received a confirmation email. This is a complete scam website.
I placed an order on Friday but received no delivery confirmation or updates by the following Wednesday. The phone goes unanswered, and my emails are ignored. Requests for a refund have also been disregarded. I've initiated a chargeback, and even that has been ignored by this company. The customer service is absolutely terrible!
This website is a fraud. After registering and logging in, I couldn't access my account. Adding items to my wish list didn't work either. I received a payment confirmation email for €48.93, but shortly after, I got a refund email I didn't request. I reached out through their contact form and via email, but no one responded. They took my money, didn’t deliver the goods, and now I'm waiting for a refund. Their claim of being the first vape shop in Ireland since 2010 means nothing when their website is full of errors and their service is unprofessional. Contact is non-existent. I spent money, got nothing, and am now waiting for my refund. I do not recommend this site.
I ordered two items and have yet to receive them. I’ve emailed three times with no response and called multiple times, only to reach an answering machine. Their customer service is lacking. Without a tracking number, I can't verify if my order has been dispatched. I won’t order from them again as it’s too stressful. My experience has been negative, and I’m still waiting for a response. It's unacceptable to provide contact details and not reply to customer inquiries.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed my order on February 25th and have heard nothing since. No communication, no emails—nothing. Their delivery information claims orders ship within 24 hours and should arrive in 2 business days. I spent 45 euros, and they've taken my money without any updates. Avoid this site.
