This company is completely unreliable. They won’t answer the phone. I paid 50 euros for my vape and received a confirmation of payment. The next day, I got an email saying they still hadn’t received my payment. Don't waste your time!

One star is too generous

One star is too generous. Don’t waste your time trying to purchase from this website. The delivery is slower than promised, and when it finally arrives, it’s incorrect. I ordered over 20 items and received the wrong order. I’ve been trying to get the correct items sent but they ignore my emails. This has been ongoing since July 8, and I’m nearly at three weeks of waiting. I suspect they aren’t a legitimate company; they seem like opportunists selling cheap products.

Awaiting order confirmation

I ordered oil two weeks ago and still have no sign of it. I'm hoping it arrives. Is this a legitimate company that sends products, or do they just take your money? I hope I'm wrong and will receive what I've paid for; otherwise, I will update my review. I was looking forward to doing business with them, so I placed a small order to test their reliability. If they do fulfill my order, I had plans for future orders. All I can do now is wait and see.

You are better off shopping elsewhere

Apparently, the company is still operating in the 80s, using stamped envelopes for deliveries, and there is no way to track orders as a result. Takes ages, waited exactly 10 days for my parcel to arrive. And when I got it, one of the products was not what I had ordered, luckily it got resolved on the next day, kudos for good customer service. However, I had to wait another 8 days before receiving the correct one. You are better off shopping elsewhere, even thought they have a wide selection, you might end up getting your parcel next year.

Scammers

Ordered a €40 vape from their website and paid for it. Received a €12 vape in the post. Emailed them multiple times on their website and they ignored me. Absolute scammers. Don't throw your money away.

Avoid

I ordered two bottles of eliquid online. Waited two weeks, no sign of them. Filled in their contact form, got no reply. Save you money and buy somewhere else.
