I placed an order on this website months ago and I can only say that I am very satisfied with everything, especially the communication and the fast shipping. Highly recommended!
From ELE global, I ordered 2 HYALACE products on 1/12/26 and found out today, via WhatsApp, on 1/21/26, that they are sold out, nearly 3 weeks later. I messaged them to say CANCEL MY ORDER. The problem is, no one contacted me to this day on my phone, by text, email, or phone call, or anything to tell me they didn't have it in stock. I won't go back. Terrible service, I waited patiently to hear the knock on my door that FedEx was here. Shame!
/I ordered my product September 1st nd still hasnt even been shipped. Have not gotten one email about my shipping or why its been so long. Be more transparent. This company has done nothing but give me no real course of action. Gls has no such tracking number . They want me to pay separately to zelle to who they will not be clear. Reddit says a lot of people are having the same problem. It's now September 25th and no closer to getting my package than when I ordered it. I basically gave 100$ to this company for nothing. The web site is very misleading. When it says NO SHIPPING that is not true. Then they want you to get exhausted with the back and forth with no clear instructions. Plz just use another company. The whole experience has been horrible.
