I purchased custom lamps for £829, which included a large and two small ones. I was not expecting a wait of over three weeks for delivery, which was not mentioned beforehand. The reason given was that the company is based in the Netherlands but ships to China for wiring changes to EU standards. When we finally received the remote controls, they were in Chinese! While the lamps are nice, it seems misleading to advertise them as bespoke when they come from abroad.
