A fraudulent experience when trying to withdraw funds

This feels like a scam. When I attempted to withdraw my funds, I was told I needed to deposit 180 dollars first or they would keep my money. Even if I had that amount, I wouldn't trust them.

It's a scam; customer service is unresponsive

Initially, customer service was responsive, but they stopped replying when I inquired about my withdrawal. They claim it's a network issue, but everything is fine on my end. This has been going on for six months; they just want more people to invite while blocking the old ones.
