Please, be careful with these bastards!
The last review which was submitted exactly 3 days back mentions the withdrawal issue. These things took a "review of my account", which is old and completely verified. It didn't take much time, so I thought it's ok.
Now, these bastards are "reviewing" my account once again. I don't know what the hell is going on with this degraded website, but they completely went berzerk. They asked me to submit the proof of address. I did it. I've sent screenshots form my business mobile bank in order to demonstrate that I really could deposit that amount. These bastards are taking 4th day in order to tell me that the screenshots don't work. What a disgrace!
My account number 20708017. I submitted the withdrawal request on 21st February and the withdrawal ID is 22972511.
Please, anyone, help! I need funds urgently. My grandma is severely sick and I had to stop trading in order to finance her treatement.

But today I tried to login to check my trades and I am unable to to login .it says account blocked ,contact customer support .
Now it came into my knowledge that it's operating with name of ELEV8.
Before it was octafx
I contacted online chat option and it says your account is permanently deleted .as they are ot serving in my country of residence .
I don't know where are my funds ?what about my trades .
They did not sent me any notification email etc .

MT4 server lag still occured (just like Octafx) in Feb 2026. I have 2-3 cases during year 2025 only. Today, 02.00 MT4 time, i have pending order XAU Sell Limit with TP 100 points, transaction was "closed due take profit" in Jurnal tab, but the trade result is MINUS in History tab. I traded with other broker too, but never going like this. I hope this not happened again in the future, since OctaFX using new brand Elev8, must be elevating service too, right?
