I went into pay on my loan early they refused to let me pay early they told me I couldn't pay until Monday they literally said that I couldn't pay till Monday I said and I literally said I didn't want to do that I wanted to pay today but like I said if had I known I'd have kept enough money out to feed my kids and grandkids it was the weekend coming up they didn't even tell me they were closed Sunday they waited till I woke up Sunday morning and emptied my bank account 100% emptied my bank account to where there was nothing I could do not even buy dinner for my children they told me my payment wasn't due till Monday and I could not pay until Monday so I figured everything would be okay because that's what they said but instead without telling me and without my knowledge they took every dime out of my account with no heads up about nothing especially that they were closed on Sundays. Sunday morning when I woke up I wouldn't be so upset if they would have told me either let me pay early like I went in there to do on Friday or would have said well we're going to empty out your bank account completely if you want to feed your kids keep out $20 or $10 whatever to feed my kids and grandkids so this is the type of place You're not allowed to pay early they come straight out and tell you you cannot pay early but they don't say nothing that they're going to take everything out by Sunday morning to prepare with some food for your children and grandchildren shame on these people just pure shame p.s. I was even nice to them I had no clue what they had in store for me and my children and grandchildren smh

I had the best experience with Jazmin today! I had problems with my online application being denied but I called and she was able to get my loan approved on the phone for the amount I was looking for! Amazing customer service. So grateful she went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of! I would highly recommend them if you ever need emergency funds. I was in and out in less to an 15 mins. Such a great company. Jazmin and Gio are so helpful in your time of need.
