Review Time
I ordered an item from this company and it was delivered in record time, regrettably it didn’t work properly. I wrote to them explaining the defect but they never replied. I don’t think I’ll ever buy anything from them again :-(
I bought a laptop charger+ power adapter that already broke after a week. When I tried to change the adapter tip, the pins bent and one fell out. I understand when a store has a range of products of different prices and qualities, but this was the only compatible charger that they had and it was useless.
Ordered an item on the 28th of May that had a delivery time of 1-2 days.They lied about being able to deliver that item, as they didn't have it in stock. On the 2nd of June, I email them asking about the status of the item which was supposed to be delivered more than 3 days ago. They blamed their supplier for being late and said they sent me an email about the delay, but it got lost somehow.Through more than 20 emails they would not admit it was their fault.Also, through those emails I've found out that their earliest delivery time for that specific item would be 3-4 days(if the stars align this time). Meanwhile, they have the item posted on their website with 2-3 days delivery.Shady business practices to get ahead of the competition in unfair ways. The quality of their service is lamentable, and from other reviews you can see the quality of their products leaves a lot to be desired, too.Avoid at all costs.
The staff is very helpful, but the goods are too expensive! and many times I buy things to discover they are not working properly. starting from Bluetooth modules to Arduino boards. The website sucks literally, cannot read the small text
Updated to four stars, it was sorted out eventually and goods arrived after they corrected ERP system. ---I don't get how an item can go from "in transit 20-21 days to warehouse" to "wait six months".Was it in transit at all?+ Has a good selection of items usually on stock or not too long lead time and their really aren't too many other options I've found around for some of the components. The guys I've dealt with at Brink are okay too.- Ordered over 500kr of items (to qualify for free shipping), was expecting an estimated arrival time of about a month to my door as an item (solder iron) was marked "in transit to warehouse 20-21 days".Got an update a week or so after ordering, the entire order will be held as the item will now be in stock in 6 months time.Contacted customer service to express my disappointment and enquire about possibility of partial shipment, was informed if i want partial shipment i have to have used a pay option for shipment (not the free shipment which you qualify for by ordering over 500kr).Or i assume i can pay for separate shipping now....For reference the rest of my order is some heat shrink and 4 x dx-30 connectors, 1 Audio JACK, + 1 9v E-Block battery. Not exactly bulk or heavy...But okay, i get it you don't want to pay shipment after an unexpected six month delay.--Update-- Just checked today the new arrival date is "Delivery 268-269 days"--I'm more disappointed than anything really, my project is delayed and aside for this elextra have been fine before.
