KEH has a wide selection of products at good prices. Very often there are multiple identical items that are rated by wear condition. The condition dictates the price. I purchased a high end brand name lense at a better than fair price that had a rating of "Like New Minus". That is exactly what I got. In fact it appears brand new. I am very pleased with my purchase and will continue to do business with KEH. I would recommend this site to anyone looking for a great deal on photography equipment.

They described it as excellent, but it might actually be nearly new with minimal surface wear, no dents or scratches, and the optics look pristine. The zoom ring is firm but not excessively tight, and it operates smoothly without any creep when held vertically. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and would happily consider buying my future camera equipment from the company.
As I age, it's become more challenging to kneel and capture great angles for landscape and model photography. I received my order as a Christmas gift, having purchased it early during a holiday sale. My experience with the company was very smooth! We found exactly what we needed, and the descriptions were clear. There were no surprises upon receiving the package!
However, the equipment was shipped via a delivery service. Tracking was effective until delivery day. Everything was progressing well, then it suddenly stopped. In the morning, the package showed as being on a truck, even providing the driver's name. As time passed, it indicated the package was back at the shipping facility, and there were no further updates. I decided to visit my pick-up location at the end of the day, aware that it might not be there. The employee at the location asked for my information, then went to the back and retrieved my package.
The company was great; the pick-up location was helpful; the delivery service was frustrating.
