I am only giving them a 1 star as there is no lower than that. They turned up nearly 2hrs before my appointment time. Then turned up late at the requested time.

There was dirt and cobwebs everywhere, toilet was meant to be deep cleaned and still looked dirty. They didn’t even scrub the shower. Cobwebs everywhere and the house smelt of bleach. Hadn’t even cleaned the floors. When trying to organise them to come and re-clean they are saying that I didn’t pay the extras to have it clean deeply even though there check list provided these items were to be cleaned. They want to argue about it and advised that they only come out to re-clean once even though there website says as long as you let them know 72hr after clean they would come out and do it. Honestly they don’t want to come out and re-clean at all and want to justify there poor service.

I am having to clean it myself as there is no way I will be getting my bond back. Funny how there say 100% bond back guarantee. That is bull. No don’t waste your money with this!

Came out on the day of the clean, then quoted double the original price for 'extras' on top of the $600 basic quote. When we said to just do the basic and we will do the extras they ghosted us, didn't turn up and when we called multiple times they said it 'wasn't worth their time' but also wouldn't refund out deposit. SCAM! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Complete Scam Experience

This service is an absolute scam. They advertise as having the lowest prices in the area, but on the day of the service, they inform you that walls, windows, and the oven are not included, resulting in additional costs! The manager even boasted, "they are good at sales, I drive a luxury vehicle." The promised 100% bond back guarantee is misleading. They left dust in the laundry and dryer, and the floors didn’t meet the agent's standards, so I have to clean the property again. To make matters worse, the manager hung up on me when I was explaining the issues. The salesperson just said, "sorry, we can’t assist you since it’s been more than 72 hours." It was only 4 days. (The agent also took their time getting back to the property.) Very disappointing. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT BOOK.
