In April 2024, I engaged a company to fabricate and install marble for my kitchen, paying a significant deposit upfront. The process was riddled with poor communication, missed appointments, and extensive delays. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, including calls and messages, I often received no response for extended periods. At one point, I sought legal counsel and was close to pursuing a hearing just to recover my deposit due to fears about the company’s viability. When work resumed, the installation was outsourced to a subcontractor who was challenging to communicate with, demanded additional funds, and the final design was altered from what was originally agreed upon. After I posted a review outlining these issues, the representative reached out and made promises regarding reimbursement and additional items if I retracted my review. I agreed in good faith, but the promises were never fulfilled. Subsequent communication was met with hostility. While the final product looks appealing, the entire experience was extremely stressful and unprofessional. Based on this, I cannot recommend this company.
