Rviews for ellie-seattle.com indicate it is a fraudulent, scam website, with customers overwhelmingly reporting receiving cheap, plastic, miniature dog lamps instead of the advertised "handcrafted" items, often shipped from China. Consumers advise against purchasing due to poor quality and difficult return policies. Key details regarding "ellie-seattle.com" (based on Jan-Feb 2026 reviews): Scam Alert: Multiple reports on the Better Business Bureau Scam Tracker label the site a fraudulent operation, often using AI-generated content. Product Misrepresentation: The advertised "stained glass" lamps are described as tiny (approx. 6 inches), poorly made, painted plastic items. Shipping & Returns: Products ship from China, not Seattle. Attempts to return items are met with requirements to ship back to Asia at the customer's expense or offers of a minimal 10% refund. Reviews: The site has highly negative reviews on Trustpilot, with users frequently warning others to avoid it.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! These lamps are garbage!! They are made of cheap plastic. The so called paint was scratched everywhere. I literally threw it in the garbage. Total scam company.
This whole experience has been frustrating. The quality is extremely poor, not worth even a small amount. The advertisement is misleading, and the communication from the support team has been deceptive. Returning the item is a hassle, as it must be shipped back internationally at a high cost. It feels designed to take your money. Unfortunately, there's no option for zero stars. I will share my experience on other platforms to warn others. AVOID THIS SELLER!
The product was clearly misrepresented in the advertising, showing it as stained glass. What I received was an embarrassing piece of cheap plastic, much smaller than expected. It was falsely advertised, and I find it unattractive. I demand a full refund with no return fees.
WARNING: MISLEADING ADVERTISING! The advertisement claims the item consists of hand-crafted glass pieces for animal lamps. Instead, I received a SINGLE PIECE OF PLASTIC made overseas, significantly smaller than depicted. At most, it might be worth $5 to $10. I feel cheated out of nearly $100.

A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!! BE CAREFUL! This is NOT stained glass but plastic! The website is misleading, and the claims of being sisters or friends going out of business are false. I requested a refund, but not only do I have to pay for it, I must send it to another country. I regret not doing my research; don't make the same mistake. I'm not returning it because I will likely lose more money.
Avoid ordering from this service. I ordered two stained glass animals, but they turned out to be tiny painted plastic. They claim to offer 80% OFF, but the product isn't even worth $5. It's a toy, not the beautiful stained glass advertised. No invoice or return slip means you're stuck with it. Save your money.
