Normally I would shop in person but believe it or not I haven't been back to Manhattan since the pandemic! Next best thing is JJ's online presence. they make buying so easy. Ive never had to return anything so I can't speak to that. However, getting my hat(s) in 48 hours is the real deal for me.

Shipping was reasonably prompt. Condition of wax traveler hat had a bend on the crown that's a permanent flaw due to poor packaging. Customer Service is impossible to reach other than email.
