I needed to lose 10 lbs, but they put me on a low dose of 2.5. After nearly two months, there was no weight loss. I followed the dietary recommendations from the representatives, but nothing changed. My personal doctor informed me that the dose was ineffective for weight loss. I spent nearly $900 over three months and found it difficult to cancel the auto-ship. I advise against purchasing MLM medical products; consult your actual healthcare provider.
Initially, I was prescribed B12 and nausea medications, but they were missing from my order. After contacting customer service, they sent them. However, communicating with my provider has proven to be nearly impossible. Despite being on the prescribed oral medication, I haven’t lost any weight and am still waiting for guidance from my provider on the next steps.
The customer support is extremely lacking. The so-called 'physicians' do very little, and when I requested a dosage increase, they agreed, charged me a significant amount, but never actually sent the increase. I have canceled my service and returned my products. This company is truly disappointing.

I also had significant pain at the injection site. When I checked with the pharmacy about the ingredients, I was informed that there were preservatives, contrary to what I was told. The doctor promised to follow up with me but never did. I switched to a different NAD product from another company and have felt great ever since, without any side effects. This company has refused to refund my money for the product that caused harm.
