I had discussions with a representative from this company after being scammed before. I checked the materials, their origin, and return policies. Based on my inquiries, I ordered three dresses, but the fabric was awful and felt like cheap nylon. No refund was provided, and returns were impossible.
Ordered a dress, prompt replies to confirm the order - arrived 3 weeks later and was such poor quality. No returns or refunds. Total rip off. Avoid this company who mislead you into believing they are a London based company but are selling real Chinese cheap rubbish. I should have known better!
I ordered a jacket from this company When it came it didn’t fit the quality was poorContacted them and asked to return it as they had a 30 day money back guarantee Well they refused suggesting that I keep the jacket and give it to someone else They finally offered 50% back and told me to keep the jacket that’s no good to me Absolutely disgusting customer service Wouldn’t order anything from them again and still waiting for my refund
An update on my previous review, that appears to have disappeared!!Failure of this company to accept responsibility for mis selling of goods has resulted in discussion with the bank to successfully arrange a charge back. This is useful if, like me, you pay by direct debit .
Nyxcharm cat head x 2 for £53.91 Ordered from Ellis-London 21/8/25 and received on 10/9. Awful quality, nothing like what I'd ordered, cheap and nasty. On raising a complaint (14 day no quibble returns) they offer 10% refund. I'm eventually told to return to China at my expense with no returns number. On checking the address, it's reported as a fake address/ warehouse. Unfortunately been caught by a SCAM
