Review Time
I do apologize because I don’t like to write bad reviews, but unfortunately I am not satisfied.
The shipping time took far too long. After one month of waiting, I received an automated email asking me to leave a review while the rings I ordered were still stuck at Bangkok Airport. Instead of offering real assistance, they simply replied telling me to wait and “not to worry.” I completely understand that shipping can sometimes take time, but I did not appreciate being asked for a review without anyone even checking whether the package had actually been delivered. A bit less automation and more real customer support would have made a big difference.
The silver ring with the moon is really beautiful and exactly as pictured. However, the two brassy ones were very disappointing. In the photos they appear to have a soft, muted brass tone, but in reality the color is much brighter and more intense — more like flashy yellow gold costume jewelry. They look cheap and overly shiny, completely different from the elegant look shown online. I honestly don’t even feel comfortable wearing them.
Overall, I don’t think it is worth the price.

I was very excited about buying on Daya website. I bought 4 chains also to make gifts because I loved the 7chakra chain and the goddess chain. Unfortunately, the quality of my chain is very bad and considering that I paid 80€ and that I wore the chain only 4/5 times, I’m very disappointed….I trusted them and I never thought the quality could be so bad since the price was so high.
Very dissapointed bought a bracelet as a gift for myself for 70th birthday in December only put it on 2 weeks ago for a wedding and a week later the chain broke luckily I saw it fall off now its just sitting in my draw Will not purchase from them again
It seems that the quality does not match the price at all. I'm really disappointed, because the ring and necklace look stunning.Today I wore both the ring and necklace. The ring gave off a blue color on my skin. The necklace shows already signs that the gold layer is coming off.You really cannot do this. People spend a lot of money and this is what we get.
Honestly some of the worst quality jewellery I have bought.. expensive , leave your fingers green and the necklace chain makes the pendant fit wonky .. do not waste your money !! Such great potential but very poorly made and terrible materials
