They claim to offer a free trial, but you cannot cancel it online until 48 hours have passed. Immediate cancellation requires going through a "manual flow" which involves contacting the support team via email and waiting for their response. When I inquired, they indicated this was to prevent accidental cancellations, but it seems more like a strategy to create obstacles so you forget to cancel.
They advertise a free trial, but cancellation online is not possible until 48 hours have elapsed. To cancel immediately, you must navigate a "manual flow" that involves reaching out to the support team via email and waiting for a response. When I inquired, they stated this was due to users "accidentally canceling," but it seems like a tactic to create obstacles so you overlook the cancellation.
I'm quite disheartened with the service. It flagged major formatting errors in my email HTML on various devices, leading me to spend two entire days trying to resolve issues that weren't real. After testing on a different device myself, I found that everything displayed perfectly. I feel like I squandered a weekend due to the tool's inaccuracies. I won't be recommending this service to anyone. Thankfully, it was just a free trial and I didn't spend any money on this frustrating experience!
The costs keep rising. They attribute this to new features being added, but as a developer, I simply want to test email rendering without the extra features. They're imposing unnecessary features on users and charging for them. As a freelancer, £100 a month is not feasible just to test a few emails. I don't want these additional features; please stop forcing them on me and charging me for them!
I had a free trial that I forgot to cancel, resulting in a charge of $179. I canceled my subscription on the same day I was charged and have attempted to reach the company through email, phone, Twitter, and their contact form, but have received no response. I recognize my mistake in not canceling on time but expected better communication from the company. It's disheartening to see their business practices rely on such tactics rather than fostering genuine customer relationships.
I'm very dissatisfied with the services offered by this company. My inquiries were ignored. During my trial period, I requested in chat to delete my account along with my payment details. While my account was deleted, I was still charged $179 after the trial ended. The services were halted early. I would like clarification on why I was charged. My emails have gone unanswered. Please reach out and reimburse me.
The proposed resolution for these issues doesn't align with our client's requirements, especially since we were not referencing the issue on the specified platform or mobile aspect. The pixel sizing information provided also suggests that the particular emails were not exceeding limits.
As a freelance Email Developer, since signing up for a monthly membership, my client base has increased by 60%. Clients appreciate that I can test their emails independently and provide them with a link to see how their emails render. Finding work has become much easier. I truly value this service!
I've noticed two aspects that could enhance the experience: 1. Minimizing the two clicks needed on the main page after logging in to access my projects. 2. Automatically updating my tests on mobile and desktop when I save changes in the HTML area.
