Not worth the price. Please look elsewhere for better quality products at a lower price. The prints seem AI-generated. The company claims returns must go to their warehouse in Italy, but the items ship from China! They are based in China but don’t disclose this information. There is no information available about the company. They try to offer a partial refund but not the full amount. Be cautious before purchasing and don’t be fooled like I was.
Only giving one star because I can't give zero. Ordered an embroidery kit. The book was so badly printed you can't read the stitch names or see where to stitch. It was so badly bound the printing goes right up to the margin. It is unusable. I emailed them to complain and they apologised and said it wasn't up to their usual standards. They offered a 50% refund. I said it remained unusable even if it was cheaper and asked for a replacement. They said they would organise that. Still waiting. Asked for a refund. Still waiting. Have now lodged a transaction dispute with my credit card company.
Edited.Order placed on 12/5; arrived 12/19. It took a long time to discover the carrier to track the package and it was only when I found tracking information that I learned this shipped from China. Grrr...The book is tiny - 4 x 5-1/2"The fabric pages are stamped with each stitch pattern but there are no instructions (YouTube will solve that dilemma.)The sewing kit is very complete.
