Review Time
There is only one delivery option to Slovakia (Slovak post), and payment must be made in cash to the courier, which feels outdated. I previously provided feedback to the support team a year ago, but nothing has changed. It's important to note that Slovak post is not the most reliable delivery choice. Why is there no option to select a different service?
Everything was nice, the only thing I want to point out is that while filling in the shipping details it doesn’t ask for my number and there is no slot to write it in – at least I couldn’t find one. The parcel was picked up by my neighbour who was receiving a different parcel from the same delivery company – that was my only luck. The delivery guy had no way to contact me, and I think EMP shop should add a phone number field to their shipping form.
