What’s the point of this pilot review when all feedback is ignored? I've tried everything, and the contact button in the app doesn’t even work. Why isn’t the platform monitoring the apps? It feels like they don't care about our time. The contact information seems fake, and it’s frustrating to feel ignored while they profit. Where is customer protection? This used to be a good service but is now just a waste of time.
Initially, it was great with quick payouts. Now, payments have ceased, and I have numerous pending transactions, including one significant amount. I participated in cash back challenges and never received payment! It's incredibly frustrating to have played all these games for nothing.
