After my account was wrongfully blocked, I repeatedly reached out to technical support for clarification, believing in their integrity and transparency. I provided detailed explanations and even responded to their own inquiry on Trustpilot through the email address they provided, expecting a fair review and resolution.What I received instead was the same vague and dismissive response I received many times when I inquired about this incident:"Your profile has been disabled for violating the License Agreement. The site administrators reserve the right not to comment on their decision. For a refund, please, reply to this email and ask for a refund. Best regards, Customer Service Team."This response is both troubling and deeply disappointing. It shows a complete lack of transparency, accountability, or professionalism. Blocking an honest customer without explanation while refusing to comment on their own decision is not only unfair but also insulting to users who engage with their service in good faith.What makes this worse is that I was blocked shortly after reporting a user creating multiple fraudulent profiles, something that should have been addressed seriously to protect the community. Instead, I was punished for doing the right thing. If reporting harmful activity is considered a “violation of License Agreement,” then honesty and integrity are being penalized, not supported.Prospective users should be aware: this company’s customer service is unresponsive, unhelpful, and unwilling to provide meaningful answers. Their front-line team, who should represent their business with professionalism, instead dismisses customers with generic replies and leaves them in the dark.
