There are several reasons why I do not…

There are several reasons why I do not recommend to buy at empik:1. Really bad customer service. You can spend "Empik funds (towje srodki)" only if items are sold directly by Emplik. 2. Once you order an item they send you the invoice in paper format. If you want an e-copy you need to talk to the customer service. (why creating additional workload for yourself?)3. In general prices are higher than in other stores. Even "discounts" are more expensive. 4. DIscounted items are often sold and afterwards cancelled. - Why?5. Search function is really bad. Hundreds of unrelated search results pop up. It's a pain to find the right product.Edit:6. Shipping is super slow. Ordered some items with stroke pick up. I had to wait 1 week. Please look at Amazon how they work and give me one reason why I should order at empik.

Hopelessly disorganised shop

Hopelessly disorganised shop. Glacially slow service. English book section total "balagan". They don't even bother to sort the books by author alphabetically. Don't buy here unless your desperate. Buy online. Anyway impossible to find good book shop in Poland (even in Polish language).

Nie Polecamy. We will never use them again. We ordered some DVD's (we think)? Thei website is difficult and confusing. It seemed to work until we got to payment. They dont seem to take Visa. After several confusing emails we tried again, and opted to pay at the Post Office! We have paid, but have no idea whether the DVDs are ordered, on their way, or our money is on its way to the moon. We accept that Polish is not our first language but we are not stupid! Their "English website" isn't! Dont go there! 27 April. They came! No explanation, no tracking info, but finally the DVDs appeared. 3 weeks? I have no problem with the time, but the total lack of feedback is unique.

Shady company. Do not trust these people

I haven't purchased from this company and I never will. They reached out to me to edit their mail for an English-speaking market and I have yet to receive payment for the four assignments I did for them. They didn't even reply to my emails inquiring about payment. Do not trust these people with your time or money! They are a shady company and I hope they get audited for the terrible way they do business.

Hassle free international purchases

I have made a few purchases using this website in the past, one more recently, and given the current global situation, I understood that the delivery would be delayed. I was informed about the process at every step of the way, with the customer service giving me the option to cancel my order if I am no longer happy with the new delivery date. I’m not sure any other company would suggest that! But to me it showed care towards the customer and their needs.

The most important thing that I liked…

The most important thing that I liked is the work of the maintenance staff, workers! After ordering, literally after 15-20 minutes they called me and we agreed on everything regarding delivery! Courtesy, respect ... all this was present! The prices are reasonable, there is a choice!

Always a problem with them

Always a problem with them. Return policy is just crap, everything seems to be a problem with them. When you make a phonecall you get 3,5 minutes of a lecture on rodo that you need to pay for.
