I just finished my NVQ Level 7 with Endeavour Training and couldn’t be happier with the service. Paul was fantastic, really patient and very helpful. The materials are top notch and actually prepare you for real world construction manager interviews. Also, a big shout out to Sacha for being so responsive and answering all my questions right away. If you want a training provider that is both quick and comprehensive, 100% go with Endeavour.
I got a little lost on the way doing this training but my assessor was absolutely amazing. At the start it was quite overwhelming, but I was guided through everything from start to finish and the support was great. I wasn't rushed, or made to feel like a number. Endeavour Training made this feel so simple but also gave me that feeling of being valued all the way through. If someone was to ask me who they could turn to for the MCIOB, Endeavour would be my number one provider.

The Endeavour Training assessor, Gary Kidd, did a great job through the whole process. Gary clearly explained from the beginning what was required for each unit and was always available for guidance and support and always responded promptly to any e-mails that I sent him.Gary was always prompt and professional on the Teams call when assessing the units. My experience of Endeavour Training was a very positive one.
