With the current problems in the middle east and the drastic flucuations in oil prices Chris was able to explain the process and pricing in an understandable manner. I’ve just recently taken over a pub, and this is my first pub so i’m all new to the utilities side but it has been an absolutely breeze thanks to Chris, he has been there every step going into detail of everything and always ready to help me find the best deal, i cannot recommend them enough

My guy Chris Horsley is so helpful and more important talk to you in layman's terms, as many others I sometimes don't understand the jargon.
Chris has been very supportive, when things get tricky is when you get to appreciate your choice of who you work with. I think of our relationship more of a partnership. Overview, we inherited a utility supplier when we took over our business who are very difficult to work with, when they threatened me with legal action, Chris supported me involving an ombudsman. This process is not short and takes a lot of time and effort, Chris worked directly with the ombudsman on our behalf which helped relieve some of the stress and pressure as this was not something I had any experience of, but they had.
