Friendly and efficient service

I filled in their enquiry form and was impressed to receive a referral to a fitter the next morning. The team were friendly and checked in regularly to make sure all was going ok with accessing funding and fitting. All in all, Energy Saving Genie made it much easier to access valuable energy efficiency measures.

Was very impressed with energy genie for contacting C&T consultants who managed to get a boiler grant for us ,the boys were excellent fitting boiler and thermostats on radiators ,so clean and helpful ,would recommend them

Great and fast service

They were contacted by myself.They asked a few questions and put the installer in contact eith me.After speaking with the installer, we made an agreed survey date.We found that we were only able to get a grant for the loft insulation and not the wall cavity because we live in a wooden house snd as such the cavity is not large enough.The boiler, well our boiler is a triple A rated and was installed just over five years ago.Solar panels arr not a option on a mains gas supply house.As for as the install date, it went great!.We were lucky enough to have three young lads come out and in no time they were done.Full loft insulation, a vent fan installed in kitchen, we don't have a vented exhaust and window vents, all done in a matter of a few hours.Overall it was a great experience.Thanks

Excellent efficient service

After completing my details online, I was quickly contacted by Kate, who arranged for a local company to contact me. They called and booked me in for a survey, and then the work was carried out. The whole process only took a matter of weeks! Definitely recommend!

Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless. Made an initial enquiry about solar panels and all I got were emails/texts about replacing my boiler.I suspect one of the new companies jumping on the renewables bandwagon, hence no Trust Pilot reviews, which is always a red flag. Don't waste your time.
