Review Time
This product is truly a work of art, and assembling it is a remarkable experience. However, I've noticed a decline in the quality and details of the puzzle. Upon receiving mine, a small section of the Alaska state was damaged, and the geometry of Indonesia is barely acceptable, resembling just a straight line. The assembly process has become more challenging; previously, there were various extra pieces to help maintain the accurate distances between continents, but now there are only two to suggest the map's length. For everything else, you’ll need to rely on math and proportions. Ultimately, it is a beautiful, elegant, and impressive map, but there is definitely room for improvement or a return to its original design.
I have yet to receive my map, which I ordered on 11/9/2025. The tracking details given are for someone else, and that package has been stuck in Memphis, TN since 12/3/2025. Today is 12/13/2025, and I have reached out to the support team three times without any reply. I strongly advise against purchasing from this platform.
This is my second map due to relocating. It took a month for the map to arrive, and a few pieces were damaged. While there were no issues with the replacement, it meant another long wait before we could finally hang the map. Unfortunately, Alaska was among the damaged pieces and was one of the first to be displayed. I chose the colored version this time, but the quality doesn’t seem as good as the original.
We recently installed the 3D World Prime Map Oak 3 XL version and we're absolutely thrilled. The high-quality wooden map with pin flags has transformed our living space completely. Thank you to the company!
I had previously given a 1 star review because it took along time to recieve my map until I learned it was coming all the way from Urkraine! I now have my map and it is spectacular. The colors and the 3 d countries are so bold. A few of the smaller islands dislodged during shippment but the map had white outlines of the places they were supposed to be and it made it easier to reattach the islands. I have gotten so many compliments already and I havent even had a chance to mount it on the wall yet!!.My husband and I have made it our mission to travel to as many countries as possible during our retirement and this is the perfect way to memoralize it. I look forward to it being a permanent reminder of our love for travel as we watch the pins on the countries and cities we have visited grow. Thank you so much!!!
The map is beautiful and going to make a fabulous gift for my son! I can't wait to get it hung up after Christmas and he gets to mark all the places he's been. Packaged very well. You need some patience Shipping to the US but its worth it!
High quality. Trustworthy procedure. World map (prime medium) is detailed enough. Europe's map was not accurate especially for Greece, that's why not picking the prime version. Facing difficulty to stick the letters of the logo at the wall; it would be better those to have already stick onto each letter in advance.
