This is an exceptional product. There was a problem with the head tracker, but a replacement was sent to me immediately. I can't emphasize enough how great the service is. The experience provided by the chair is outstanding. Truly worth every penny.

The item was delivered promptly and was well-packaged. The assembly instructions were very clear. I encountered an issue with the head tracking, but the customer support was outstanding and resolved the problem quickly. I'm very pleased with this purchase.
This is a great product, and I hope more accessories will be offered in the future. I pre-ordered items without knowing the delivery time, which took a while since they were still in production. Unfortunately, the items are manufactured overseas, affecting quality. The bolt holes were misaligned, and the screws were of lower quality, so I replaced them with better ones. Just a personal observation, but it seems to be a common issue with many products today.
