I have been waiting a month and a half by now and still haven't recieved the order or a reply from their customer service after reaching out 3 times.Responding below to response;Ahh ok no problem I did not receive the 2 emails from your partners, but thanks for the speedy reply on here.
I was originally ordering a 629.99 GBB gel blaster being the smc 9 with gtp 9 so I ordered it thinking that I was going to receive it in a week or two 3 weeks past by no item and kept being given the run around and them saying that it is not working properly and why would it be for purchase if it wasn't working properly so I said that they didn't have to get it working properly on there end and said that I would sign a waiver stating that I am getting it as what it was with them needing to fix it and leaving me to fix it cause I insisted on it cause I know how to repair them and few days past them dragging there feet like they are waiting to do it there way and not allow a customer who clearly knows how to fix it just receive the items and I bought this with a disability check where I am entitled to receive what I get with the funds and they didn't get that matter and stieght up canceled my order then just sending it to me as is and allowing me the customer who knows more about them fix it but they didn't allow it and they were not willing to work with me and just send it to me as is so don't buy anything from them unless you are certain they won't mess up your order.
For context, I’m east coast US.The owner of AKgelblaster is truly dedicated to customers. I have been an on and off customer for this past year and she has gone above and beyond for me and others. For the best experience both pre purchase and post purchase I would recommend joining the discord. The people on there can help you choose the best route for you and help with upgrades and troubleshooting. AK is legit and truly makes every effort to make sure you have a good experience.
