Beware of the Online Banking Experience!

I've been with this bank since I was 8 years old. They were pretty good after they took over the District 11 CU and I didn't have problems until I moved to Denver... (they only had a 2 banks to go to). Online has been a nightmare and I can NEVER manage my account online. I now do it all with USAA. After numerous phone calls for help, and visits to the bank, I let them know these problems are really getting to be bad, and the associate said... "Maybe you should close your account". Ummmm after 50 years that is your only resolution? I still have the acct but never use it. Come on folks! It's 2024 and you should be able to use online banking and not be told to leave if it doesn't work!

Fantastic banking!

We love the great service of every branch of Ent CU we've ever visited. Love their extended hours, free services like notary, high returns on CD accounts, no checking maintenance fees. There's nothing we dislike so far about Ent. All banks and CU's should be this good.

DO NOT use Ginger Lamphere

DO NOT use Ginger Lamphere as your financial advisor. She has proven herself to be dishonest and will not to have you in her best interest. Lets start when I was 48 and my husband thought putting my IRA in an annuity was a good idea. We were not educated enough and trusted her guidance and advise. Not once did she try and stop us. Matter-of- Fact, she sold it really well and told us it was the best decision! It was a 10 year index Annuity. I recently found out from my new advisor that it was the WORST Annuity for anyone at any age. She didn't care because she wanted the 8%. Over the years, I have voiced my concerns and dislikes of my Annuity and Ginger never had given me any options or solutions. She also will not reach out to see how things are going, she will only email you alerting you when your yearly contract is up.My new advisor through Fidelity was appalled and felt very sorry this ever happened to me. She advised me to immediately take the penalty of roughly $8,000 and roll it over in an IRA and she will help allocate into a Roth and regain my loss and have it start growing. I lost almost 5 years from this so called Fiduciary. Please do not let her fool you. There are others that will actually guide you for your benefit and not theirs!

Stopped reporting my payments to the credit bureaus, they hound you to open more accounts with them nonstop by spamming the heck out of you. After my car is paid off I will be done with them, I want credit for my payments!

Seems this bank is UNAVAILABLE whenever you need to reach them! The 24-hour number is 'automated' with NO help by anyone, and the automated system is useless! Now will be up all night, sick, worried, and NO help to be found! The account has been drained!! Who knows what else may be done while this bank sleeps and its members are victimized!!

I have been with this credit Union for a very long time and I never had the issue that I had today I had a deposit of $87 going into my account on the 26th the 25th is a holiday and I had $4.49 in my account my insurance is $88 out on the 26th so I ended up getting charged a $30 Curtousey fee When I had $91 in there the 87 plus the 4. 49 So Christmas that were closed and I had the money in there to cover the $88 and I was still charged so I called in today and was rudely spoken to by Bonnie She treated me like a second class citizen didn't even give me a chance To see if I can get the courtesy fee reversed she was just really rude and acted like she needed the $30 more than I did and I'm disabled If someone wants to contact me my phone number is 7194220694 The customer service there is so bad I will probably never get a call back anyway

SHADY BANK

IN JULY OF 2022 AN EMPLOYEE OF ENT CREDIT UNION ON WEBER STREET IN COLORADO SPRINGS WAS FLYING OUT OF THE PARKING LOT GOING THE WRONG WAY ON A ONE WAY ENTRANCE LANE. SHE DIDN'T STOP AT SIDEWALK TO LOOK FOR PEDESTRIANS AND I WAS ON AN E SCOOTER AND BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T STOP TO LOOK FOR ME HIT ME. THE ACCIDENT HAPPENED RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEIR FROM DOOR AT 1:OO PM. THE SECURITY GUARD AND MANAGER RAN OUT TO SEE IF I WAS OK. I SPENT A MONTH IN THE HOSPITAL. WHEN THE INSURANCE COMPANY SUBPEOPNED THE VIDEO EVIDENCE THE SUPRESSED AND DELETED IT AND TOLD INSURANCE COMPANY THAT THERE WAS NO VIDEO EVIDENCE. SO THE 8 CAMERAS AROUND THEIR "FRONT DOOR" ENTRANCE DIDN'T CATCH MY ACCIDENT! YEA RIGHT! WHEN THE POLICE WENT TO INTERVIEW THE MANAGER AND SECURITY GUARD THEY LIED AND SAID THEY SAW NOTHING. THE DAY IT HAPPENED THEY SAT WITH ME UNTIL THE AMBULANCE CAME!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! WHAT WORSE IS ENT WAS MY BANK. NOT ANYMORE. I WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE KNOWS ABOUT THIS!!!

Amazing!!

Everyone that works there is so friendly. I had to file a fraud dispute a few days ago and the employees were super attentive and advocated as best they could! I plan on being a lifetime member!

It used to be a pleasurable credit union to belong to before Covid. No longer is a shared services credit union and employees not as friendly as they used to be. Drive though ATM’s would at times decline my withdrawals with adequate funds in account. When redirected to go inside for withdrawal of my funds I’m told “we don’t service the ATM’s” in an unkind tone. New debit card refused to allow me to use the same pin when calling the automated system to activate and a request to obtain a pin resulted with a rude phone call from ENT rep that ignored the new pin request. Feeling more like a squatter than an owner.
