I sent three emails only to receive incorrect information, as the local authorities require the arrival date to match the form. Their email reply contained inaccuracies. The app confirmed that my form with the previous date was rejected. They charge $79 compared to the government fee of $20. They are untrustworthy and unable to update the date. Their response to my correction request was misleading: "The authorities typically don’t mind these details, and your application will still be valid for travel." THIS IS NOT TRUE. Proceed with caution.
This site is a total scam that takes your money. The ED cards are either fake or they don’t send them. I was directed to this site by the airline and ended up paying multiple times due to flight changes. They promised a refund but never followed through.
