I had trouble getting access to the downloads I purchased. Sent an email describing the problem and within a few hours, on a holiday no less, they fixed the problem and got me all squared away!

Well... the truth is, I screwed up. I write my own data-management of ASCII Data files in MS Visual Basic 2010. Easy to code and FAST! I wrote it some years ago when USA Data (NYSE+NASDAQ+AMEX) was >10,000 stocks. It is now 12,200 stocks and my code was limited to 12,000. The EODData team assured me no data was missing, and they were right. I was embarrassed to have wasted their time. All well now. Thanks
There is no response to requests for help or queries why data is incorrect. Their Data Client download platform has malfunctioned again, with no response from Support as to what is happening. I'm cancelling my subscription and looking elsewhere.
i have tried to contact this company for 2 months with more than 6 emails. Zero response. They have now charged our company credit card without a invoice of any kind provided or listed in our account. There is no option in your account to update payment methods or to even try to cancel the service. The phone number listed 312-283-3115 is for a completely different company "ninja traders" Do not use this company for anything.
