My experience with NineCasino has been very disappointing.
I was contacted directly by phone and offered free spins with no deposit required. This was clearly presented as a promotion available to me, and it was the reason I agreed to proceed.
However, the free spins were never credited to my account.
When I contacted customer support, I went through a long back-and-forth via email. After multiple messages explaining the situation, I was ultimately told that there was “no record” of such an offer being made during the call, and therefore they would not honor it.
