The person I spoke to (sorry I didn’t note his name) was very helpful, professional & thorough. He took all my details & problem was sorted very quickly. I put £80 on yesterday at 11.45 so i really thought that it would have gone on to the meter by now.
The gentleman that i spoke to was very nice when i told him about my wife passing away.
