Do not use this company for your white card. They advertise a low price but on completion of the 136 questions, the true price is revealed. They only let you do the white card in stages and it takes 4 days for them to look over each stage, I’m now heading in to two weeks and still waiting to do my final stage. They appear to be stalling to push you into paying for a priority service, which is around 105 dollars. I am expecting that it will take me around 3 weeks just to get my paper copy and who knows how long to get my actual card that also costs more. Total Con
I really enjoyed being able to complete the RSA online without any hassle. The content was self-paced and the site was easy to navigate. Overall, I loved the experience and would definitely recommend the website to anyone who wants to do their RSA.
Absolute worst company to choose to do your courses with. Extremely unhappy and unsatisfied with their "service". They are straight up liars and scammers. How can you justify having to wait 4 days for them to mark your answers before you can move on to the next section of the course? How can you justify paying $105.00 EXTRA Just to get them to mark your answers within two hours as it SHOULD BE?They don't even tell you about this until they make you think you've finished the course and you pay for it. Once you pay, it will create new tasks to do that were not even visible previously.When you try to call them up for help, their useless and horrible "customer service representative" will answer your phone to clearly let you know they don't want to help you and just hang up on your face. Don't get me started on the whole phone assessment thing at the end. You have to wait almost a whole week for them to just mark your answers so you can then move on to the phone assessment which is permanently booked out by default and they are giving you the only option to pay $105.00 EXTRA to get a priority booking. So how much extra money for nothing ? around $250 extra for nothing. My course was $136. The extra's are even more and its not like we want to pay $250 to help them do their job properly we just want our certificate so we can start work which this company is seriously delaying.This "company" is bad, its wrong, and whoever owns this is just a cheater. Using trickery and deceit, manipulating the understanding of studying people to take advantage of them and get as much money out of them as possible. PLEASE FIND SOMEWHERE PROFESSIONAL TO DO YOUR course. I do not recommend anyone to do any courses here as you WILL NOT be happy with how long it takes and the way they conduct business is just not fair.
Í found the White Card course a little difficult to understand as I haven't undertaken anything like this where you need to understand legislation. The course is presented in an easy format to follow with opportunities to refer back to readings for some of the more difficult questions.
