The video questions are often unclear, and responses are marked informally, leading to incorrect assessments due to minor issues. This experience wastes a lot of time. There are hidden costs for expedited results, even though they advertise fast results as part of the original fee.
Avoid this provider. It’s a scam. They will prolong your training with unnecessary comments about your course answers just to annoy you into paying more. You could complete the white card course in 6 hours at a legitimate training organization, but here it takes over 3 weeks. They seem to be looking for specific answers, a trend confirmed by others in the course. This organization is just focused on extracting more money from you while wasting your time.
Where do I even start? I wanted to complete my certification online for convenience and cost-effectiveness, but it was a huge mistake. It took me 3 weeks to finish both courses. I should have checked reviews beforehand. After finally answering all the questions, I had to submit numerous videos, which took a long time. Each submission required a wait of at least 3 days, and if I didn’t use the exact phrasing they wanted, my answers were marked incorrect. This organization seems more focused on making money than helping students. Can they please change their approach? The feedback from everyone is overwhelmingly negative.
This course takes much longer and is more expensive than taking an in-person course. You also need to buy all the necessary equipment to prove you know how to use it. The number of recorded videos required for such a simple course is excessive. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Save your time and money and choose an in-person course instead.
This website, advertised as an express service, took 5 days to review my answers and provided vague feedback, forcing me to resubmit and potentially extending the process by another 5 days. This could cost me paid work during a tough economic time. They seem to intentionally frustrate customers to push for extra fees. If anyone wants to report this misleading service, it may violate consumer laws regarding deceptive conduct.
This is awful..They make the questions easy to fail, offer no help, theres a mistake in one question which they dont make ur problem not theirs. Their phone doesnt work, their staff are unhelpful, the information is unhelpful, it cost a crazy amount of money, the wording they use makes it sound you like get access to more than what you do. you dont, you just get access to give them more money. They will drain money from you anyway they can while being the most unhelpful group ever. NEVER DO ANYTHING HERE!! The courses they have are offered by other people and companies which are much cheaper and much more helpful.
Just go to an in person class don’t bother online, marking takes 3 days minimum unless you pay extra, questions asked are vague and up to discretion of accessor if right or wrong. Extremely vague and passive aggressive “feedback” with more waiting for assessment afterwards. Just not something you need to be dealing with especially if new in country and need white card to start work
No 1 Dirtbag organization in Australia!!!Firstly thousands and thousands of people are having a bad experience from EOT. Secondly EOT has already been taken to court in Australia by the governments ACCC.The company has had its license confiscated in the past!Now my boss asked me to do this and strait away i noticed that EOT was dodgy, so i investigated the Organization to find out this information.Anyhow i chose to not continue with them and use a local training facility. I asked for a refund, for EOT to refund my bosses money and they refused the refund. STOLE my bosses money!!!If i was able to upload a image i would show everyone the email.Also EOT askes you a the start before you have paid to leave a review on there website and ofcourse everyone puts 5 stars because the want to complete with no hassle but these reviews are fake.These reviews on external review sites are thre real reviews
