Short Notice RSA and COVID Certs

I needed RSA and COVID training certification on short notice. When I paid for priority service, appointments for the Live Language Assessment were not available. I notified customer disservice of the dilemma, and was called within the hour with an appointment for that day. Legends!! The COVID cert was straightforward and efficient. I'll be visiting EOT again for any certifications.
