Bought at fourways mall pizza hut the base was way to thick not well cooked you can even count toppings sprinkle few chicken pieces as I ordered creamy chicken. I am a regular customer but unfortunately I am not happy and will not be visiting your store again

Customer service is as good as their products

Customer service is as good as their products.Having received a “request for feedback” and including honest feedback on the order that was a) wrong and b) of poor quality I then got a contact asking if I’d been contacted. I had indeed but merely an”thanks for your feedback”.Would appear Pizza Hit don’t really care about customer service. I’m pretty sure there are many much better alternatives

Recieved an email from Pizza hut to use…

Recieved an email from Pizza hut to use my rewards before February, went to use them and the rewards page is greyed out and will not let me use them. No wonder they are struggling...prices rise, smaller pizzas, and poor rewards programmes....

Didn't get pizza till following day and then was wrong one

Ordered a delivery of a pizza, cookie dough with ice cream a couple of days ago from pizza hut derriford in Plymouth. Around an hour before they closed. was told they were sending the delivery order to uber for some reason. Some time after uber contacted us to say 'delivery cancelled. driver couldn't complete'. He hadn't even picked it up from pizza hut. Couldn't call pizza hut as by then they had closed. so they had money but we didn't have the order. called the next day in the morning and was told to call around 2pm as nobody would be in till then even though they show as opening at 11.30am. we called and there was a mumbled 'sorry' no offer of money back and was told the order would be delivered a couple of hours later. So we had the pizza the following day from when it was ordered. Then when it turned up it was the wrong pizza. Not the one I ordered and the ice cream was missing. Also not so much as a side to show how sorry they were for all the stress and messing about. Won't be ordering again from there.

No delivery - No refund

They could not fulfil my order due to a lack of plant based cheese at the store. This is not the problem but my order was placed on the 27th December and it is now 12th of January and I have still not received my refund. Terrible behaviour. Effectively this company have just stolen my money and are not giving it back. I ordered at Papa Johns instead and received some lovely pizzas with plant based cheese on them.

Thamesmead Store, swearing and not serving customers

Went to the shop in Thamesmead, stood around waiting for over 5 minutes to be served while the 2 staff members stood having a conversation, I assume not about work given the amount of swearing that could clearly be heard.Not really acceptable language when you working in a store with customers and how about you stop the chatting and actually serve people.We gave up and walked out, no wonder Pizza Hut are closing stores if this is how you treat customers

Order incorrect. Staines upon Thames

Pizza Hut Staines. Part of my order was a large half and half. Half margarita for the children, half pepperoni plus chicken and sweetcorn for the adults. The preparer added additional chicken and sweetcorn to the WHOLE pizza (not just the half I asked for it on), meaning the children wouldn’t eat it! I didn’t bother calling as they don’t do anything about it or they send another pizza which takes another hour! They never give a refund! Just makes me more inclined to use a competitor!

Not attentive & Disability access limited

Popped in to Pizzahut new street, Birmingham. Ordered food. I have a disability and presumed that Pizzahut would have straws available however, they had run out of straws. I dribble due to my disability hence I drink using a straw, so I had to avoid having a drink. My daughter ordered garlic bread with cheese however, she was given garlic bread without cheese. She had to wait a further 5 minutes for her cheese garlic bread. It shows that the staff are not attentive as they did not read the order correctly. Asked for use of her student ID however, she wasn’t guided on how to use it online therefore, did not feel she could use it so paid full price.Biggest concern was that they only have stairs so how would I or anyone walk up and down their restaurant stairs if they are in a wheelchair? Due to my condition there are times I have to use a wheelchair. I struggled to walk up and down those stairs. Very disappointed. Only went there because my daughter really wanted pizza.

Just ordered 1large pizza and 2 sides …

Just ordered 1large pizza and 2 sides 4 weeks ago £22,49. Today £28,00. Will not be ordering again .. they have changed bbq wings to roasted wings that looked anemic and had no taste. The portion size of wedges had got a lot smaller and the pizza was burnt

Food was nice tasty ,and hot , very friendly driver Valerio his name was .The Garlic and Herb chicken wings were lovely .Will definitely order again
