Over promise yet under deliver! Advise you can complete the course within a few hours and have your certificate same day. They promote how they are different to other organisations and their course is far superior. I opted to pay the higher price over other courses thinking the outlined was true. I completed the course to find that there was additional "Live Assessments" to complete which from their booking system were booked out for almost 2 weeks UNLESS you pay extra for priority. I could not find a phone number nor email on their website so opted to complete the course elsewhere. I have been charged for the course and when I sent an internal support request was told they don't offer a refund for change of mind. What about a refund for not being able to deliver what you advertise and promote? Would not recommend Express Online Training to any of my friends or colleagues.
