I don't understand the bad rating of the app or epark support. I have good experience with the support in parking in Wroclaw, Poland.
I had a double booking:
- booking without account
- booking with account.
I lost the active parking in my app without account (no active parking was shown). I don't know why I lost it. Then I created an account and create a new active parking with the same license plate.
I explained the situation shortly within a mail to the support and got my money back for the second booking.
@epark, the only thing which you could improve is, that a active parking should not get Iost, but I am happy with epark and you have a great support. Please continue :)

I received the invoice AFTER its due date and I paid immediately. The invoice was delivered 5 days after it's issue date. After one week I received a reminder to pay the already paid invoice together with an extra fee. When I write to support is it AI answer to pay
It only takes reading through the many reviews from different individuals to realize what a fraudulent company this is. It is quite clear that they systematically avoid sending invoices or reminders, only to later force people to settle payments through debt collection agencies. Believing that their customer support would resolve such a simple issue turned out to be nothing but wishful thinking. Avoid ePark at all costs—I will never use their services again.
I would give even negative rating if there is an option. Total scumbag company. This guy Ludvig provides the worst customer service. Loots money in the name of parking tickets blames on computer saying technical error. As a private we look into reviews , why don’t the landlords before making agreements with these scamming parking companies look into reviews.
This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in Sweden. This is the third time they've sent inflated fees with their counterpart Intrum. They're a bunch of scammers. Do whatever you can to avoid using their parking services. You will regret it!
Worst company ever! Unusable app, not be able to register my number plate. Used the sms service, provided credicard, but still got an paper invoice with addtional fee attached! Lied about three attampts with transaction, I didn't get a single email to notice me a failed transaction from them! Worst company, avoid to use at all cost! I'd rather to park the car 10 miles away and not use your terrible service!
Due to a short parking, I was greeted by an inkassokrav due to ePark storing an old address (that they saved in the first place) and sending an invoice there. They offer no ability to update the address information on their website or in the app as no account exists.I am in no way trying not to pay for my parking time, but having no way to pay the invoice until inkasso sends me an invoice is just wrong
