Product took 26 days to arrive.
It is not quiet
It or maybe just mine only has hot/cold-NOT multi function as stated
As other say, INBOX is always full and mail is returned
DEFINATELY FALSE ADVERTISING.
Price is USD not AUD .
The COOLING is hopeless, a fan provides better cooling.

Overall, a complete waste of money, I have asked for a full refund but as to be expected ' IN BOX' is full

Scam!!! These units do not work!

I had to threaten with legal follow up in order to get a response. Was ignored until that point,

Money back guarantee (false advertising) they have offered me 25% refund - 50% refund and now 75% refund and if I want a complete refund they will make me pay postage costs and it has to be sent back the way I received !

Beware. ! Don't buy ! Comes from Hong Kong and the story of the man that built these is also fake !!!

Also it tells you a price but when it's deducted it comes out as USD and not AUD so it cost nearly $400 for 2 and not $220 as advertised and does not tell you it's American $$$ the name of the business as displayed on our bank recipe was CHECKOUTERA which is also another concern !!

Also advertised as aus and nz company but it's Chinese and stock comes from Hong Kong and when Australia post notified me the business name was a different name to the bank receipt also and still wasn't Epicooler.

Overpriced lightweight fan, that you would still have to make holes in the walls to set up!
Not even in the smallest room in the house, is this unit effective.
Total waste of money!
Would not recommend purchasing it!
On top of that the amount says one amount, but that is in US dollar amount, yet when you look at it, it says Australian dollar! So ends up costing more than double the amount.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Regret not checking genuine reviews before purchasing.

I regret not looking into authentic reviews instead of the misleading ones on the advertisement platform. This product fails to deliver ice-cold air; it merely circulates warm air. It pales in comparison to an air conditioner, and even my ceiling fan provides cooler air than this cooler. I strongly advise against purchasing it as it is a complete waste of money. It’s disappointing.

Completely ineffective product that fails to deliver.

This product is entirely ineffective and does not work as claimed. The cooling fan is merely a small blower that does nothing. It's misleading advertising and total junk. I struggled to obtain a full refund as the seller was reluctant to issue it, but after numerous emails, I finally received 80% back. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this item as it is worthless—I ended up discarding it.

Cooling feature ineffective

While using the cooling feature, the temperature actually increased by one degree in an hour, as the entire room had slightly warmed. This device does not provide true cooling; it merely circulates air like a fan. The heating function delivers warm air, but I specifically wanted a cooling option. It does not save energy, consuming 2000W, similar to any outdated fan heater—genuine air conditioning units are much more efficient.

This product is nothing but a disappointment.

This product is nothing but a disappointment. Ultimately, it’s just a basic fan being sold as something much better. The pricing in US dollars feels misleading, and the real issues arise when you attempt to return it. They only provide a refund of up to 70% — meaning you lose a significant portion of your money despite the product failing to meet expectations. The item is nearly ineffective. It doesn’t deliver on the claims made in the advertisements, and the quality is alarmingly subpar. I truly don’t understand how this continues to be promoted online. It appears intentionally misleading from beginning to end. Avoid the annoyance and the monetary loss. Don’t be deceived.

Untrustworthy Service

Completely untrustworthy. They never delivered but insisted they couldn't process a refund until they attempted delivery. These individuals are highly deceptive. Thankfully, I used a secure payment method, which enabled me to recover my funds. I strongly recommend against making any purchases!

False Advertising

Complete false advertising. How can companies promote a product that doesn't match their claims? The authorities must be held accountable for failing to protect consumer rights.
